Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Practice for me?

The Practice is for anyone looking to improve their self-care or deepen their use of The Enneagram. It is for all genders and can be applied to almost any age.

I’ve Tried therapy & books, how is this different?

The Practice teaches the habit of self-care and provides realistic tools to be used. This isn’t an hourly session or a book to read in a day, but a continuous Practice of learning what your body needs and having the tools to be able to support - whether it’s 5 minutes a week or an hour.

What time are coaching calls?

Support calls are usually the last Thursday of the month - there are other video calls that are uploaded to the dashboard to view on your own time.

How much time will this take?

The beauty of The Practice is that it’s always there and we encourage taking what you need. That could be a quick 3 minute meditation, or a full hour long yoga video.

Do I get Access to everything?

Yes! We started the Practice in 2021 and you’ll have access to all of the content uploaded since then! Jump in with us this week, or go back and visit old videos if you’d like.
